Refunds
Refund Policy
A digital file cannot be un-delivered — so here is exactly when we refund, and how to ask.

Your rights come first
The honest position
This is a digital file delivered immediately, so a refund cannot un-deliver it. That means refunds are not automatic — but we would much rather refund you than have you feel stuck with something that is not working.
We will always refund
No questions, no argument, in any of these cases:
- The file will not open, or arrived damaged.
- You were charged more than once for the same order.
- You never received the workbook and we cannot get it to you.
- You were charged for something you did not buy.
We will usually refund
If you have read it and it genuinely is not right for you, tell us within 30 days and we will refund you. You do not have to justify it or prove you tried. We may ask one question about what did not work, because that is how the next edition gets better — you are free not to answer.
Statutory rights
UK and EU consumers normally have a 14-day right to cancel. For digital content delivered immediately, that right is waived once download begins — and our checkout tells you so before you pay. Our 30-day policy above is deliberately more generous than the statutory minimum. Your local consumer rights are unaffected.
How to ask
Email info@calmandconnectbook.com or use the contact form, quoting your order reference. We aim to respond within one working day. Approved refunds are returned through PayPal to your original payment method, usually within five working days.
When a refund is issued, access to the digital companion ends and download links stop working. The copy you have already downloaded is yours to delete.
Questions about any of this? Write to info@calmandconnectbook.com or use the contact form.
