What you are buying

A licence to use one copy of the Calm & Connect 30-Day Guided Workbook for your own personal use, plus access to the digital companion on this site. You are not buying the copyright.

You may print it, write on it, keep it on your own devices, and quote short passages with attribution. Please do not resell it, share the file publicly, upload it to a file-sharing service, or use it to run paid groups or training without written permission.

What this is not

This workbook is educational. It does not provide diagnosis, therapy, medical advice or emergency services, and it cannot replace a qualified mental-health professional, doctor, counsellor, social worker or domestic-abuse advocate.

We make no promise about outcomes. Results vary. Nothing here is a guarantee that distress will lift, that a relationship will improve or survive, or that any particular exercise will suit you. Please seek qualified help when distress persists, functioning is affected, or safety is at risk.

The communication and repair exercises are explicitly not a solution to coercion or abuse, and the workbook screens for that before you reach them.

Your account

Access is tied to a verified purchase and is for one person. Sign-in links are personal to you — please do not forward them. If you think someone else has access to your account, tell us and we will revoke every active session.

We may suspend access where we see resale, sharing of the file, or attempts to circumvent access controls. We will tell you why, and you can respond.

Sessions

Where sessions are offered, they are practical conversations about using the workbook. They are not therapy, do not involve clinical assessment, and cannot provide crisis support. Group sessions run only with a suitably qualified facilitator.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available but cannot promise it never goes down. We may revise the workbook; buyers of this edition get its revisions at no extra cost. If we ever have to withdraw the product entirely, existing buyers keep the file they already downloaded, and we will give reasonable notice before removing download access.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that, our total liability in connection with the workbook is limited to what you paid for it.

You remain responsible for your own decisions and your own safety. If a page in this workbook does not feel right for your circumstances, the workbook itself tells you to skip it — please do.

Governing law
